1. What We Collect

When you use CONDUCTOR ZERO INC, we collect:

• Account information: your email address and display name from Google Sign-In
• Usage data: your prompts, the AI responses you receive, session history, and cost-tracking data
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, used for security and reliability

What We Do NOT Collect

• Passwords. We use Google Sign-In only, so we never see or store your password.
• Payment card numbers. These are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Location data beyond your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the service: send your prompts to AI providers, display responses, track costs, and restore your sessions
• Improve the service: understand usage patterns, fix bugs, and improve performance
• Security: detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and apply rate limits
• Communication: send service updates and respond to your support requests

3. Third-Party AI Providers and Sub-Processors

CONDUCTOR ZERO INC is an orchestration layer. To generate responses, your prompts and related inputs are sent to the third-party AI providers you choose, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and others. These providers process your prompts to produce responses and are independent companies, each governed by its own privacy policy and data-handling practices. We share with each provider only what is needed to generate your response.

We also use Google for sign-in (authentication) and Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing text messages.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on dedicated servers. We use encryption for sensitive data (such as API keys and session tokens) and secure connections (HTTPS) for all communications. Session tokens are stored as one-way hashes that we cannot reverse. Your prompts and responses are stored to provide session history and cost-tracking features.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active
• Session history: kept while your account is active; you can delete individual sessions at any time
• Deleted accounts: personal data removed within 30 days; anonymized usage data may be retained
• Security logs: retained for up to 90 days

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: update your account information at any time
• Deletion: delete your account and personal data
• Portability: export your session history

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and the right to deletion. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. 7. Cookies and Anonymous Analytics

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

On our public website, we use a self-hosted instance of Umami to collect anonymous, aggregate website statistics such as page views, referrers, browser and device type, and country. Umami does not use cookies, collect personal data, fingerprint visitors, or track visitors across websites. The analytics data is stored on our own servers. Because Umami uses no analytics cookies, the Umami deployment does not require an analytics-cookie consent banner.

8. Children's Privacy

CONDUCTOR ZERO INC is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

CONDUCTOR ZERO INC is operated from the United States, and your data is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy as our service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
