Welcome to CONDUCTOR ZERO INC. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms as our service evolves, and we will notify you of significant changes by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
CONDUCTOR ZERO INC is an AI orchestration tool. It lets you send your prompts to multiple third-party AI language models (such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and others) from a single interface, compare their responses, and track your usage costs. We do not create, own, or control the AI responses. We connect you to third-party AI providers, and each provider is responsible for its own model and output.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CONDUCTOR ZERO INC. You create your account using Google Sign-In, and you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share, transfer, or resell your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users, our systems, or the third-party providers we rely on.

CONDUCTOR ZERO INC is offered as a paid subscription billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription gives you access to the service and is billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal term until you cancel.
Your account also includes a prepaid wallet that you can top up to pay for AI usage. Usage costs are based on the number of tokens processed by each AI provider at their current rates. We display estimated costs in real time, and actual costs may vary slightly. Wallet credits are tied to your account, are not transferable, and have no cash value. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and wallet balance.
We will give you advance notice of any change to your subscription fee before it takes effect, as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account and billing settings, using the same method you used to subscribe. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
If something on our end prevents the service from working as described, contact us at zero@conductorzero.ai and we will make it right. We review every billing question individually and resolve genuine errors and service failures fairly.
CONDUCTOR ZERO INC is provided on an "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service depends on third-party AI providers, and their availability and performance affect ours. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability, and we will try to give advance notice when we can. We may also update or change features, models, and pricing as the service and the underlying AI providers evolve.
You own the prompts you write. As between you and us, you keep your rights in your prompts and in how you use the service. Ownership of AI-generated responses is governed by the terms of the AI provider that produced them. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or the responses you receive.
The CONDUCTOR ZERO INC service itself, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CONDUCTOR ZERO INC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service without our written permission.
We store your prompts, responses, and session history to provide the service, such as session restore and cost tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
CONDUCTOR ZERO INC routes your prompts to third-party AI models and shows you their responses. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. It is not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, and you use AI responses at your own risk.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the results of using the service will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONDUCTOR ZERO INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, any third-party AI content, or unauthorized access to your data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CONDUCTOR ZERO INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York. Before filing any legal action, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at zero@conductorzero.ai.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may modify these terms as our service evolves. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or in-app notice. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
